Project Manager – Lead Cross‑Functional Projects

About the role

Our Project Managers are responsible for planning, executing and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time, within agreed scope and budget, and to the required quality. They work within a structured framework, making key decisions, providing clear direction to teams and maintaining accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams, allocate resources and coordinate workstreams, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate collaboration, and maintain clear communication plans.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports and health dashboards, and implement proportionate change‑control processes.
• Ensure project governance, conduct formal project closure and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience or equivalent business process improvement experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver agreed results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and clients.
• Fluent in English and able to work across stakeholder time zones when required.
