About the role
Directly supervises hourly associates and directs resources as required, overseeing planning, scheduling, setup and running of production activities for a global automotive driveline and metal‑forming supplier.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and monitor daily production to meet material and labor requirements.
- Supervise production associates, provide training, coaching and performance feedback.
- Coordinate material flow, expediting supplies and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain process control, quality standards and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare daily shift reports, calculate yields and communicate status to subsequent shifts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
Required profile
- B.E. or DME in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5‑7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in powder metallurgy.
- Hands‑on shop‑floor supervision experience.
Required skills
- Mechanical engineering knowledge.
