About the role
We are seeking energetic Process Associates to handle high‑volume outbound calls for Australian customers. The role involves cold‑calling, lead generation and maintaining professional communication with international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Australian customers, handling 500+ contacts daily.
- Perform cold‑calling to promote campaign offerings and generate quality leads.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow defined processes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual lead‑generation targets and incentive opportunities.
Required profile
- Prior outbound/cold‑calling experience (domestic experience and freshers not eligible).
- Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with international customers.
- Proactive, confident and comfortable with high‑volume calling.
