Principal Architect & General Manager – India Operations

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to head our Architecture, Design, Multimedia, Signage and Fit‑Out operations in India. The Principal Architect & General Manager will combine deep architectural expertise with business leadership to drive project delivery and expand our client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the India team covering architecture, design, BIM, signage, multimedia and fit‑out projects.
• Oversee design and delivery of F&B, retail, restaurant, hospitality and commercial fit‑out projects.
• Develop and mentor architects, interior designers, BIM specialists and other technical staff.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with Saudi‑based teams, clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with external clients.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, negotiations and project discussions.
• Establish design standards, workflows, quality controls and operational processes.
• Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, timelines and overall business performance.
• Drive growth and expansion of the India operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 12+ years of experience in architecture, design, fit‑out or related fields.
• Proven track record on F&B, retail, hospitality, restaurant and commercial projects.
• Experience managing architectural or design teams, preferably with international coordination.
• Strong business development and client relationship management experience.
• Preferable experience with GCC/Saudi projects.
