Primary Teacher – Full-time, Noida

About the role

This full-time, on-site Primary Teacher position is based in Noida, India. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons for elementary-grade learners, leveraging the Schoolcanvas.com platform where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum for core subjects.
• Assess student progress, maintain records of attendance, performance, and assessments.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Provide regular feedback to parents and guardians and communicate through the school management system.
• Collaborate with school leadership and colleagues to support academic goals and participate in staff meetings and training.
• Contribute to co-curricular activities and school events.

Required profile

• Strong teaching and primary education skills with experience managing young learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; B.Ed or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate pedagogical methods, and inclusive classroom practices.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital tools and school management systems for teaching and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-centered approach.
