Plumbing Supervisor

About the role

The Plumbing Supervisor will lead all plumbing activities on residential construction sites in the Greater Kolkata Area. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that underground drainage, water supply, and sanitary systems are installed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise daily work schedules for the plumbing crew.
• Supervise installation of underground drainage, water supply lines, soil‑and‑waste systems, shaft and terrace piping, and sanitary fixtures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and project managers to align on design specifications and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections, support pressure testing and commissioning, and resolve on‑site technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and promote strict safety and quality control practices.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience on residential or large‑scale construction sites.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and MEP systems for new residential developments.
• Understanding of construction safety practices, quality control procedures and relevant plumbing codes.
• Diploma or certification in plumbing, MEP or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, schedules and specifications.
