Pharmacy Manager

About the role

Raman Medicose is seeking a full‑time Pharmacy Manager to lead its retail pharmacy operations in Garhshankar Tehsil. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, accurate dispensing of medicines while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy staff and coordinate work schedules.
• Dispense medications, verify prescriptions, and maintain detailed records.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor storage conditions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide medication counseling and educate customers on proper use.
• Oversee immunization services, including safe administration and patient education.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing pharmacy operations and leading pharmacy technicians.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Relevant pharmacy qualification (B.Pharm, D.Pharm) and required licensure.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Garhshankar Tehsil.
