Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive paid advertising, SEO, social media and AI‑driven initiatives in a fast‑paced startup environment. The role offers hands‑on exposure across the full performance marketing stack and expects immediate contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Paid Advertising: manage and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns, including lead generation, traffic, awareness, retargeting and app campaigns; conduct audience research, A/B testing and budget optimisation; track performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• SEO: perform technical, on‑page and off‑page optimisation, keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, schema, backlinks and local SEO; monitor Google Search Console, GA4 and Tag Manager for issues.
• Social Media: plan and manage editorial calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube; research trends, competitors and audience behaviour; create and coordinate content; track reach, engagement, traffic and follower growth.
• AI & Emerging Marketing: experiment with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, explore Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and use AI for content research, campaign analysis and automation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, social media or paid advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns and interpret performance data.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
• Curiosity about AI, GEO and emerging digital‑marketing trends, and willingness to experiment in a fast‑paced startup.
