Part-time Academic Faculty – UPSC Foundation (Online)

About the role

LeadIAS Junior Delhi Project is seeking a part‑time Academic Faculty to deliver high‑quality mentorship to school students preparing for UPSC Foundation topics. The role is fully online and focuses on making complex subjects accessible and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured, interactive classes covering History, Indian Polity, Geography, Economics, Science & Technology, and Current Affairs.
• Break down complex concepts using real‑life examples and case studies for school‑level learners.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and assignments aligned with UPSC and NCERT standards.
• Utilize digital tools such as PowerPoint, Zoom, MS Word, and online whiteboards to enhance learning.

Required profile

• Passionate and vibrant attitude toward teaching.
• Strong subject knowledge in UPSC‑relevant topics, preferably with teaching or competitive‑exam experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for school students.
• Technical proficiency with basic digital tools for online instruction.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, curiosity‑driving, and continuous learning.
