Package Consultant – Workday HCM & Compensation

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Package Consultant specialized in Workday HCM and Compensation. In this role you will work with global clients to configure, implement and support Workday’s core Human Capital Management and compensation solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Workday core HCM and compensation modules to meet client requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit‑analysis and develop implementation plans.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues across HCM and compensation components.
• Provide post‑implementation support, addressing client queries and making necessary adjustments.
• Execute unit testing to validate configurations and guarantee defect‑free delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Proven experience configuring and implementing Workday core HCM and compensation modules.
• Hands‑on experience with fit analysis, implementation planning and post‑go‑live support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve configuration issues and perform thorough unit testing.
