Network Operations Specialist

About the role

The Network team owns the full lifecycle of network services and products, delivering upgrades, new functionality and 24x7 operational support. As a Specialist you will implement network changes, troubleshoot incidents, perform routine maintenance, keep management tools up‑to‑date and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and operate LAN, WiFi, SD‑WAN, and QoS upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents such as WAN link failures, LAN switch replacements, and WiFi connectivity issues.
• Maintain current OS and code levels on network devices and produce SOPs, diagrams and configuration guidelines.
• Communicate with internal customers, third‑party vendors and management to drive incident resolution, gather requirements and coordinate changes.
• Enhance monitoring, automation and authentication tools (RADIUS, ACS) across the network.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Cisco WiFi, LAN or WAN technologies.
• 1+ years of experience covering Cisco WiFi, LAN and SD‑WAN.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DHCP and various client/server operating systems.
• Experience with network load balancers, VPNs, cloud networking and authentication servers.
• Background in a network operations team and proven problem‑solving using packet‑capture analysis.
