Network Engineer - Ericsson Integration & Troubleshoot

About the role

We are recruiting for a Network Engineer to work on Ericsson e‑RAN integration and troubleshoot eNodeB alarms, RET and TMA issues. The role involves on‑site integration using BSIM, ENM and AMOS, and supporting field technicians during construction and fault resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform eNodeB integration using Base Station Integration Manager (BSIM), Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) and Advanced Managed Object Scripting (AMOS), and support on‑site crews for construction and troubleshooting.
• Assist field technicians in troubleshooting all eNodeB alarms, RRUs, and RET issues on site, ensuring the site becomes alarm‑free.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or equivalent with a minimum 70% score.
• At least 2 years of experience in the telecom industry, including a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and a quick learning ability.
• Proficiency with LTE network architecture and Ericsson OSS tools.
• Understanding of S1 & X2 transport network parameters and radio network parameters.

Required skills

• eNodeB integration using BSIM, ENM and AMOS.
• LTE network architecture and functionalities.
• Ericsson OSS tools such as Common Explorer and RBS Element Manager.
• S1 and X2 transport network parameters.
• Hands‑on experience with Ericsson baseband units (DUW, DUS, BB5216, BB6630).
• License Key Feature (LKF) activation and software upgrades via Software & Hardware Manager (SHM).
• Add Remove Network Element (ARNE) for managing network objects.
• Secure Gateway (Citrix), FileZilla, Putty, Quantum tool, PILOTS tool.
• Remote Electrical Tilts (RET) troubleshooting.
• Alarm handling and fault management.
