Multi-Technician – Hotel Electrical Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑Technician to support the Duty Engineer in maintaining and caring for all electrical equipment across our hotel. You will ensure work quality meets prescribed standards and promptly raise any issues that could affect hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Duty Engineer with repair, maintenance and installation of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to maximise productivity, morale and guest service.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment, identifying cost‑effective resource use.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions using test equipment and perform corrective actions.
• Test motors, heaters and controls for safety and efficiency.
• Install fixtures, inspect circuits for proper shielding and grounding, and ensure compliance with fire‑alarm system standards.
• Uphold hygiene, personal safety and environmental guidelines in the workplace.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in building or hotel maintenance.
• Diploma or relevant degree.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to delegate tasks, motivate teams and enhance organisational performance.
• Solid operational and technical knowledge of electrical systems.
