Mechanical Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Technician to join our Indore facility. The role involves routine and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams while following strict safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive‑maintenance schedules on mechanical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical faults, carry out repairs, adjustments and calibrations.
• Document all maintenance activities and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to minimise downtime.
• Maintain tools, spare parts inventory and assist in equipment commissioning and testing.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, ITI or equivalent technical qualification.
• Hands‑on experience in industrial, infrastructure or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, hand and power‑tool usage, and basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
