Market Performance Manager

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Market Performance Manager to lead a high‑performing team that optimises distribution and revenue strategies for hotel customers. You will shape a centre of excellence that helps hotels maximise bookings and profitable revenue through intelligent use of the platform, channel mix and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market management strategies that drive customer ROI and revenue optimisation.
• Lead, mentor and develop Market Performance Team Leads and Specialists, building deep expertise in revenue and distribution.
• Own the optimisation pipeline, forecast, prioritise and resource initiatives, and monitor conversion and velocity.
• Design distribution‑mix strategies across OTAs, direct, GDS and other channels to increase profitable bookings.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to align optimisation needs with product development and go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in market management, customer success or account management within OTA or travel‑technology environments.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering optimisation programmes that generate measurable revenue uplift.
• Strong analytical background with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate ROI.
• Solid understanding of hotel revenue‑management concepts such as demand forecasting, pricing and channel management.
