Manager Key Accounts Ecommerce

About the role

The Manager Key Accounts Ecommerce is responsible for driving growth and profitability across strategic ecommerce accounts. You will build long‑term relationships with key partners, develop joint business plans and ensure the successful launch of products on digital shelves.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned key accounts.
• Negotiate trade terms, design promotions and manage activation calendars with partners.
• Prepare joint business plans, monitor competition and implement market‑driven actions.
• Oversee product catalogues, new launches, and ensure compliance with brand and promotional guidelines.
• Analyze sales, expense and visibility data to improve margins and revenue.
• Coordinate demand planning, forecast traffic spikes and maintain in‑stock compliance.
• Work with supply‑chain SPOCs to achieve optimal fill rates and resolve logistics issues.
• Maintain financial health of ecommerce platforms and manage financial claims.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience, including 4–5 years in ecommerce FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering sales growth.
