Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, its guests, and assets through proactive security measures and rapid response to incidents. This full‑time position works on‑site at a hospitality venue in Mumbai, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas, secure rooms, and control access to restricted zones.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorise and document entry to secured areas.
• Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Prepare incident reports, maintain confidentiality, and handle guest complaints.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage laws.
• Assist management with employee training, coaching, and policy compliance.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and lift up to 50 lb unassisted (75 lb with assistance).
• Clear vision for reading small print and inspecting equipment.
• Willingness to obtain any state‑required licensing or registration.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• Experience with key‑control audit procedures.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Competence in using computers and point‑of‑sale systems for reporting.
