Liquidity - Design Analyst

About the role

This position sits within the Design capability for Finance on the cloud, supporting Liquidity reporting and regulatory change delivery in India. The analyst will work with a team of 30‑40 business analysts to translate requirements into functional designs and oversee their implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cloud requirement gathering (L1 & L2) for regulatory, system enhancement and output needs.
• Design optimal solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and documenting functional, technical and L2 designs.
• Participate in the change delivery cycle, including design, testing and implementation.
• Secure stakeholder sign‑off, manage risks and ensure design timelines and budget are met.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and ensure compliance with internal control standards.

Required profile

• Individual contributor with strong stakeholder management and consensus‑building abilities.
• Proven experience delivering finance or regulatory reporting projects in a global environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple outputs and navigate changing priorities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (strong documentation skills).
• Liquidity reporting knowledge and experience.
