Line Cook – Cloud Kitchen & Food Court Operations

About the role

We are a fast‑growing food startup operating a hybrid cloud kitchen and dine‑in concept inside a food‑court environment. We need a disciplined Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations across several virtual food brands, ensuring speed, consistency, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, maintaining taste, portion, and presentation standards.
• Support rapid service times, aiming for under 10 minutes per order, especially during peak periods.
• Perform daily prep work such as cutting, marinating, portioning, and stocking stations.
• Keep cooking stations organized, follow FIFO, and adhere to proper food storage practices.
• Package dine‑in and delivery orders accurately, label correctly for each brand, and double‑check orders before dispatch.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards before, during, and after service.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a line cook, commis, or kitchen staff (preferred).
• Ability to work quickly in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of multitasking under pressure while minimizing waste.
