About the role

We are looking for a dynamic lawyer to provide legal and regulatory support for technology-driven financial services. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while partnering with business, product, technology, compliance, and risk teams to support growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory support for fintech products, digital platforms, and business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, technology, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Partner with product, technology, compliance, risk, and business teams.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Support policy development, audits, due diligence, and legal research.

Required profile

• LLB degree with 2–5 years of experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Financial Services, NBFCs, or a reputed law firm.
• Strong understanding of fintech regulations, banking laws, contracts, and data privacy.
• Excellent drafting, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
