Learning & Development Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training solutions for a global information services leader. This remote contract position focuses on upskilling a distributed workforce and aligning learning initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions across multiple departments.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure training programs support strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze training data and demonstrate program impact.
• Preferred background in instructional design principles.
