Lead Architect & AI-Native Engineer (Individual Contributor)

About the role

Atlas Systems Inc. is seeking a senior individual contributor who can both design and build enterprise‑grade, AI‑enhanced solutions. The role blends high‑level architecture with hands‑on coding, leveraging AI agents to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of core features, from white‑boarding and architectural design to integration, launch, and post‑release stability.
• Architect and deploy scalable, distributed solutions across multi‑cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Design agent‑driven workflows where autonomous AI agents interact with APIs, third‑party services, and data pipelines.
• Write production‑ready code using modern full‑stack technologies while collaborating with AI tools for rapid iteration.
• Ensure security and observability through IDP/IAM, RBAC, REST/JSON APIs, and tracing mechanisms.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering complex modules.
• Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into architectural decisions and communicate trade‑offs to technical and executive audiences.
• Self‑starter mindset; capable of executing vision without relying on a large team.
• High energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for the evolving AI‑native development paradigm.
