About the role
The Key Account Manager – CNS will be responsible for building and maintaining long‑term relationships with key customers in the central nervous system (CNS) therapeutic area, acting as their primary point of contact and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Achieve sales targets and grow revenue by creating and executing strategic account plans.
- Provide customers with detailed information on existing and emerging CNS products, highlighting clinical benefits.
- Monitor account performance, report sales activities and market trends to management, and devise strategies to overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Research and other internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and convey feedback for product improvement.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, scientific meetings and relevant events, and travel as required to support customer engagement.
