IT Support Engineer I – Ops Tech Solutions Delivery

About the role

As an IT Support Engineer I in Ops Tech Solutions Delivery, you will deliver high‑quality technical support for hardware, operating systems and enterprise applications across a defined geographic area. You will work closely with Amazon Operations teams to resolve issues, implement solutions and ensure reliable IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local technical projects and drive their successful completion.
• Create, maintain and improve policies, procedures and processes related to IT support.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.
• Provide remote support to global customers, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience with Windows Server technologies (Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
• 2+ years troubleshooting in multi‑user, high‑availability environments.
• 2+ years in PC repair, deployment and liquidation.
• 1+ years delivering IT client, server and network services.
• 2+ years networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI model, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years supporting Windows, macOS or Linux in a corporate setting.
• 2+ years maintaining corporate network environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; additional networking experience and video‑conference equipment support are a plus.
