About the role
We are hiring for multiple BPO processes in Delhi NCR to provide inbound customer support across voice, chat and email channels. The Inbound Customer Service Advisor will handle customer queries, deliver accurate solutions and maintain high service quality while meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, chats, or emails according to the assigned process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and adhere to customer service standards.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality parameters.
- Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
