In-Store Leader – Retail Management

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking an In‑Store Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and achieve business goals in a dynamic retail environment. You will lead a diverse team, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering Apple’s signature service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team that identifies customer needs and exceeds service standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain a diverse workforce aligned with Apple’s values.
• Remove operational obstacles, participate in floor leadership, and improve both customer and team member experiences.
• Develop and execute the store’s operational strategy to meet Apple’s business priorities and performance targets.
• Create and manage scheduling in line with program guidelines, balancing business demands and team well‑being.
• Analyze business data to support the Apple Retail vision and make data‑driven decisions.
• Maintain compliance with Apple policies, protect company assets, and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
