About the role
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HR administration. The role works closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers, and other team members to support the organization’s HR strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be confident interacting with US‑based candidates and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interviews and coordination with hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews with US‑based candidates for healthcare positions and assess communication skills, experience and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow‑up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including orientation, documentation and training coordination.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Address employee queries, promote a positive workplace culture and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, employment agreements and termination paperwork.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience interviewing US‑based candidates and working with English‑speaking stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence to interact professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
