Housekeeping Associate

About the role

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas within a hospitality environment. This role ensures that all spaces meet high standards of hygiene and comfort, contributing to an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other common areas according to established standards.
• Develop, update, and follow cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Perform quality control inspections to verify that cleaning work meets required standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including requisitioning and restocking as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to the maintenance department promptly.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure overall facility standards are upheld.
