Housekeeping Associate (GSA)

About the role

We are seeking a Housekeeping Associate (GSA) to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. The role involves daily linen changes, room preparation, and adherence to safety and lost‑and‑found procedures. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver a comfortable and safe environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Change soiled linens daily and remake beds in guest rooms.
• Equip rooms with linen and amenities according to brand standards.
• Follow lost‑and‑found procedures and maintain floor pantries, corridors, and fire exits.
• Attend behavioral and vocational training to develop multi‑functional skills.
• Report to work on time and follow the posted schedule.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
• 0‑1 years of experience in a branded hotel environment.
• Ability to contribute to organizational performance.
