Head of Product Marketing (Research & Competitive Intelligence)

About the role

CertifyOS is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead market intelligence, pricing, product portfolio and go-to-market execution for its Provider Data Management platform. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, data and commercialization, turning market signals into revenue-driving decisions and compelling buyer narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end competitive intelligence for the Provider Data Management space, tracking competitor positioning, roadmaps, pricing moves and win/loss patterns.
• Develop and own the company’s pricing strategy across products and segments, model scenarios and run pricing experiments to maximize deal velocity and revenue.
• Evaluate and optimize product portfolio, packaging and bundling to increase revenue per customer and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Create and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks and a library of sales assets such as battlecards, one-pagers, case studies and ROI calculators.
• Partner with product, sales and marketing teams to launch new features, influence roadmap decisions with market research and ensure consistent go-to-market execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product marketing, competitive intelligence and pricing strategy in a B2B SaaS or healthcare data environment.
• Strong analytical mindset able to build market monitoring systems, synthesize research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to craft positioning, messaging and sales enablement materials that resonate with health-plan decision makers.
