Hardware Support Technician – Remote (Night Shift)

About the role

Join a leading pharmacy technology innovator as a Hardware Support Technician, providing remote assistance to over 12,000 pharmacies worldwide. You will work night shifts aligned with US Eastern Time, ensuring hardware reliability and seamless operations for pharmacy teams and the patients they serve.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain service continuity and improve performance of critical pharmacy hardware systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computers, printers, and networking equipment used in small‑business environments.
• Provide remote technical support via Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Apply security best practices to protect sensitive healthcare data.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the help‑desk system.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑5 years of experience in IT systems, installation, or application support.
• Recent experience in a remote IT help‑desk environment.
• Strong customer‑facing technical support background, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Hardware diagnostics and repair.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
