About the role

Accor is looking for a motivated Gym Instructor to join its wellness team. The role involves supporting members in achieving their health goals while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment within the facility.

Key responsibilities

Complete basic health and medical screenings for members.
Lead inductions and “how‑to” sessions for new members.
Implement initial exercise programming and provide basic fitness testing.
Interact with members on the floor, promoting classes, services and promotions.
Offer technique advice and alternative exercises.
Teach classes where qualifications allow.
Open and close the facilities.
Carry out basic equipment maintenance.
