Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

As a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe and welcoming, contributing to the overall guest experience and the hotel’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in assigned guest rooms, public areas and executive offices.
• Handle departmental master keys and other keys responsibly to guarantee guest and property security.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, providing personalized service.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and optimal guest satisfaction.
• Support and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Report any issues that may affect hotel interests to management immediately.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and act proactively.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous attitude toward guests and colleagues.

Required skills

• Proper use and management of master keys and security procedures.
