Graphic Designer – Brand & Creative

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Visualizer to join our Brand & Creative team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual concepts, and experience across digital and print platforms. Flexibility to work rotational shifts is required.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for digital marketing, social media, branding, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Create visually appealing layouts, banners, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Edit images, illustrations, and other visual assets to deliver high‑quality output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in branding, advertising, or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign creatives, and marketing designs.
• Hindi font knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, and AI‑powered design tools (advantage).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.
