Google Ads Specialist

About the role

HR Commune is seeking a full‑time remote Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns that drive qualified traffic, lead generation, and community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns and ad groups.
• Create compelling ad copy and monitor performance across Google Ads and related platforms.
• Analyse campaign data, prepare performance reports and make data‑driven recommendations to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging, landing pages and funnels with brand objectives.
• Stay updated on best practices, platform changes and Google Ads policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts through a Google Ads Manager Account (MCC).
• Experience with corporate Google Ads accounts, multiple client accounts and high‑spend campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads credit lines, invoicing, billing profiles and payment settings.
• Ability to coordinate with finance teams and Google Ads billing support.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; Google Ads certification preferred.
