About the role
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the eye‑care hospital. You will manage check‑ins, appointments and ensure a smooth, courteous experience from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, guide them through the check‑in process and manage patient queues.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule and record appointments using the hospital’s software.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient queries and coordinate with doctors, technicians and other staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records, handle basic billing/registration entries and cash/payment coordination.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized and welcoming.
Required profile
- 12th pass / Graduate (any stream); freshers welcome, 1–2 years preferred.
- Rotational shift availability.
- Good spoken and written English; multilingual ability (Marathi/Hindi) is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hospital management/registration software.
- MS Office – Word and Excel.
- Email handling and basic data‑entry skills.
