About the role
The Franchise Development Manager will onboard and launch new franchise stores, guiding partners through setup, ensuring timely openings and supporting early business activation.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and guide franchise partners through the complete store setup process.
- Coordinate location, pharmacist, licensing, infrastructure, equipment, inventory and training readiness.
- Ensure franchise stores are opened within the defined timeline.
- Execute pre‑launch customer connect and local market activation activities.
- Support franchise partners during the initial months of operations and monitor performance.
Required profile
- 1–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Pharma Sales Executive or Territory Sales Executive.
- Strong field sales and territory management experience.
- Experience dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
- Good communication, relationship management and follow‑up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
