About the role

The International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) is seeking a full‑time Food and Beverage Service Faculty to join its campus in Kalimpang. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality education to future hospitality professionals, combining theory with hands‑on practice.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and train students in food and beverage service concepts and operations.
• Conduct practical labs and classroom sessions covering industry standards.
• Mentor and guide students, helping them develop professional skills.
• Stay current with industry trends to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Contribute to curriculum development and assessment design.
• Prepare students for internships and entry‑level roles in the hospitality sector.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in culinary skills to effectively mentor students.
• Prior teaching or training experience in hospitality is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• Passion for teaching and developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.
• Ability to work effectively in an academic and professional environment.
