About the role
We are looking for a tech‑savvy Flutter Developer who leverages modern AI tools to build and scale mobile applications faster. In this position you will write clean Flutter code and integrate AI workflows into your daily development process, delivering high‑quality apps for Android and iOS.
Required profile
- Basic English proficiency to read technical documentation and specifications.
- Fluent Hindi for effective communication within the team.
Required skills
- Core Flutter expertise with 1‑2 years of experience in Flutter, Dart, REST APIs and state‑management techniques for Android and iOS platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini or Copilot to accelerate coding and debugging.
- Understanding of prompting strategies, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and context/token optimisation for AI‑enhanced development.
- Awareness of which AI model best fits tasks such as coding, image, audio or video generation.
