Fitness and Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Fitness and Wellness Instructor will lead the fitness, training, group‑training and spa areas within a luxury hotel environment. You will ensure high‑quality guest experiences while supporting the overall operation of the spa, pool and fitness facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of fitness, group‑training and spa areas.
• Lead and motivate spa and fitness teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards across all facilities.
• Drive guest satisfaction and contribute to financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• University degree in Sports & Physical Education.
• Personal trainer certification from a nationally recognised agency.
• Basic CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar fitness or wellness role.
