Financial Plan & Analysis Manager

About the role

You will be part of Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, responsible for determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data, conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The role involves extensive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial planning reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect operational data reports and conduct financial analysis.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning reporting.
• Reconcile transactions and support period‑end close processes.
• Develop financial reports and metrics in line with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.

Required profile

• 13–18 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, controllership or strategic finance.
• BCom qualification; additional education such as CA, CMA, MBA, CPA is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 50+ members.
• Strong understanding of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 accounting standard.
• Knowledge of IFRS 16 accounting standard.
