About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Associate to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this position you will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing detailed analysis, and reconciling transactions to support accurate budgeting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect operational data reports and conduct thorough financial analysis.
• Reconcile transactions to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting to guide business decisions.
• Prepare financial planning and reporting documents for senior management.
• Assist in scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of strategic options.
• Generate performance reports that track the organization’s financial health.
• Support the development of budgeting cycles and forecast updates.
