About the role
Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. The role involves collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions to support financial outcomes and strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Understand controllership, core finance, RTR, and FP&A domains.
- Execute period‑end close activities and manage annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
- Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop financial reports, metrics, and variance analyses.
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare and present financial data.
- Collaborate in a third‑party service environment and adapt to flexible or night shift schedules.
Required profile
- BCom degree (required).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
- Advanced qualifications such as MCom, CA, CMA, MBA, or CPA are desirable.
