About the role
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical, helping determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Domain understanding in Controllership, Core Finance RTR and FP&A.
- Experience in period‑end close activities.
- Manage annual planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Maintain strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash‑Flow statements.
- Apply accounting, financial and operational principles to daily tasks.
- Develop financial reports and performance metrics.
- Perform variance analysis and scenario modelling.
Required profile
- Primary skill: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Education: BCom (additional qualifications such as MCom, CA, CMA, MBA, CPA are valued).
- 3–5 years of relevant finance experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience working in a third‑party service environment.
