Financial Analyst (SaaS Experience)

About the role

Bizom is seeking a Financial Analyst with SaaS experience to drive financial analysis, modelling and reporting that supports business decisions. The role works closely with senior management and business leaders to provide insights on performance, unit economics and valuation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models covering performance, forecasts, unit economics and multi‑year plans, built from first principles.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to support pricing, investment, growth and cost decisions, presenting clear recommendations.
• Lead financial forecasting and management reporting, tracking KPI and operational metrics against plan.
• Perform variance and trend analysis, identify key drivers and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Support investment and strategic decisions through valuation analyses and preparation of dashboards and review packs.
• Own unit‑economics modelling, understanding acquisition cost, retention and margin interactions.
• Prepare Board packs and investor updates, building data, drafting narratives and ensuring alignment with numbers.
• Develop business cases for strategic decisions, structuring analysis, defining assumptions and stress‑testing outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build financial models from scratch and defend every assumption.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition and customer lifecycle.
• Independent problem‑solver who can define analysis needed and deliver without detailed guidance.
• Experience preparing materials for senior leadership, Board or external investors.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision in financial output.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• PowerPoint (advantage).
