Finance Manager – Operations Finance (India)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Finance Manager to partner with its fast‑growing India Operations network. The role will support financial planning, forecasting and reporting while driving cost‑out initiatives and optimizing network design.

Key responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly financial planning, forecasting and reporting models for the operations business.
• Partner with supply chain, operations and procurement teams to identify cost‑optimization opportunities and negotiate with vendors.
• Develop and maintain key reporting metrics and ensure consistent global recording of financials.
• Collaborate with corporate and local accounting teams to align financial reporting.
• Drive automation and simplification of finance processes across the network.

Required profile

• 7+ years of finance partnering or related analytical experience.
• Experience in e‑commerce, supply chain, logistics or FMCG preferred.
• Proven ability to launch tools that simplify and automate finance processes.
• CA or MBA qualification is preferred.
