Finance Graduate Rotational Program – Kolkata

About the role

This position offers a rotational experience across key finance functions in Kolkata, allowing the candidate to work with Business Finance, Revenue Assurance, Corporate Taxation and Corporate Accounting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, budgeting and pricing modelling for Business Finance.
• Review proposals, contracts and support pricing decisions.
• Recognise revenue, provide revenue projections and review contracts for Revenue Assurance.
• Generate reports on unbilled, unearned and other revenue parameters.
• Create projects in OTR systems, manage invoicing and support delivery, sales and operations on revenue‑related issues.
• Ensure direct tax compliance for India, mitigate tax risks and monitor transfer‑pricing arrangements.
• Advise on tax applicability, handle tax audits and manage litigation, appeals and data provision to tax authorities.
• Execute accounting operations including Procure‑to‑Pay, Capex & Opex accounting, expense analytics, provision controls and GL scrutiny.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly book closures, schedule reviews, internal controls and audit closures.
• Manage payroll operations, ESOP/RSUs, PF, superannuation, trust administration and related financial compliances.
