Faculty Member – Accounting & Finance (Business)

About the role

We are seeking a Faculty member in Accounting & Finance to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students at Kings Cornerstone International College in Chennai. The role involves delivering lectures, preparing lesson plans, and supporting students across various finance courses.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures on Accounting Principles, bookkeeping, trial balance, financial reporting, budgeting and financial governance.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations and assessment materials, and evaluate student performance.
• Demonstrate financial transactions using accounting software tools.
• Conduct research, publish papers and participate in conferences.
• Provide mentorship and support to students across UG/PG/Diploma/short courses.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, bookkeeping and financial governance.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting/finance software tools.
• Bookkeeping and financial reporting expertise.
