Facilities Operations Manager - GCC (Night Shift)

About the role

The Facilities Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the GCC office in Bengaluru, ensuring a safe, functional and well‑maintained workplace for night‑shift teams. This role combines hands‑on facility management, vendor coordination and employee experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily office operations including housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, security and seating allocation, and manage office moves and inspections.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation and management of service contracts (catering, cleaning, transport, AC, etc.) and oversee facilities budgets, invoice processing and compliance.
• Coordinate transport and logistics for employees and visitors, partner with HR on events, wellness initiatives and onboarding/off‑boarding logistics.
• Develop and enforce workplace safety protocols, statutory compliance and preventive maintenance, acting as primary emergency contact.
• Define and monitor facilities KPIs, drive process improvements and forecast space and service needs aligned with GCC growth.

Required profile

• Graduate‑level education, preferably in administration or business management.
• 8–10 years of experience in office facilities, workplace services or REWS, with exposure to night‑shift operations.
• Strong English communication; additional languages (Kannada, Hindi, Telugu/Tamil) are a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, solution‑focused and comfortable working across time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Experience using ticketing systems and facility management tools.
• Familiarity with workplace safety norms, statutory compliance and basic procurement processes.
