Executive N – Project Sales (Cuttack, Odisha)

About the role

The Executive N – Project Sales will lead frontline sales activities for Asian Paints in Cuttack, Odisha. The role focuses on driving project‑sales growth across multiple segments, building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, architects, and consultants, and expanding the network of applicators.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and analyse sales for all project‑sales segments and create growth plans for each segment, geography, and product line.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, especially with key accounts and high‑value products.
• Engage and develop applicators through loyalty programs, promotions, and business‑development initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, services, and commercial teams to generate leads, ensure timely service, and manage dealer accounts.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain to forecast stock needs and guarantee material availability.
• Monitor input utilisation, maintain cost controls, and ensure compliance with budgeted freight and logistics.
• Lead and develop the immediate sales team, driving productive utilisation of manpower.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM in Sales & Marketing from a Tier‑II B‑School with at least 50% academic record and no backlogs.
• Full‑time graduation and post‑graduation degrees.
• Strong customer focus, analytical mindset, and innovative negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication, execution excellence, and people‑leadership skills.
